Our Facilities

Moody Decking operate from a new 32,000 sq ft building in Whiteley Hampshire and currently employ 40 people many who are timed served boatbuilders with many years experience of manufacturing Teak decks and associated products

The building is equipped with all the machinery you would expect to produce high quality teak products for the marine market including digital measuring devices and CNC cutting with full cad facilities. We can offer a full digital measuring service for customers parts, coupled with CNC cutting of those parts including Decks, Capping rails, Gratings and interior Joinery.

You can also send us a template or cad drawing and we can CNC cut almost anything which dramatically saves time and money in manufacturing parts by hand.

The building itself is heated from all our wood waste via a Brickette making machine and Wood burning heater which cuts down dramatically the amount of waste our company sends away for landfill sites helping the environment.

The Brickettes can be bought by the bag load for people with wood burning fires at home and provide an ideal fuel for heating.

Our Sawmill consists of a wide range of machinery from large Band Re saws to CNC Machines which enable us to work with all sizes of material to produce our products.
